By accessing or using ecojunkcars.com (the "Site") and the services offered by ECO Junk Cars ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

Our instant cash offers are generated based on the vehicle information you provide, including make, model, year, condition, title status, and current scrap metal market prices. Key terms:

• Accuracy of information: Offers are contingent on the accuracy of the details you provide. If the vehicle's condition differs materially from what was submitted, we reserve the right to adjust or revoke the offer upon inspection.
• Offer validity: Offers are valid for 7 days from the date issued. After 7 days, a new quote may be required.
• No obligation: Receiving a quote does not obligate you to sell your vehicle, nor does it obligate us to purchase it until an offer is explicitly accepted by both parties.
• Custom offers: If your vehicle does not match our automated pricing rules, we will contact you with a personalized offer after review.

• Free towing: We provide free tow truck pickup within our service area. Pickup outside our standard area may incur a travel fee, which will be disclosed before scheduling.
• Scheduling: Pickup is scheduled based on the date and time window you select. While we strive to accommodate your preference, actual pickup times may vary due to weather, traffic, or operational factors.
• Vehicle access: You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible for towing at the scheduled time. If the vehicle cannot be reached due to locked gates, blocked pathways, or other access issues, a return trip fee may apply.
• Vehicle contents: You must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before pickup. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle after it is towed.

You must be the legal owner of the vehicle or have written authorization to sell it. At the time of pickup, you must provide:

• A valid government-issued photo ID
• The vehicle title (if available) or current registration
• Any required release of interest or power of attorney documents

If you cannot provide a title, we may still purchase the vehicle in some cases using alternative documentation, subject to state laws. We will handle all DMV paperwork and title transfer on your behalf at no additional cost.

Payment is issued at the time of vehicle pickup, in the form agreed upon (cash or check, depending on the transaction and local regulations). The payment amount will match the accepted offer, with no hidden fees or deductions. If the vehicle's condition at pickup differs materially from the submitted description, the offer may be renegotiated before payment is issued.

By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS on our quote form, you authorize ECO Junk Cars to send SMS text messages. There are two separate consent checkboxes on our quote form: one for transactional messages and one for promotional messages. Transactional messages include vehicle quote confirmations, cash offer and counter-offer notifications, and pickup scheduling reminders. Promotional messages include seasonal specials and service updates. You may opt in to transactional messages only, or to both transactional and promotional messages. Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Message frequency is approximately 1-2 transactional messages per quote request, plus up to 2-4 promotional messages per month if you opt in to promotional messages. ECO Junk Cars is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a vehicle transaction shall not exceed the offer amount agreed upon for that transaction.

We are not responsible for damages to property caused during towing, except where caused by our own negligence. We carry full liability insurance for all towing operations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Richland County, South Carolina.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our Site and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
