What you are agreeing to: There are two separate checkboxes. The first checkbox consents to transactional SMS text messages about your vehicle quote, offer, and pickup scheduling. The second checkbox separately consents to promotional SMS text messages such as seasonal specials and service updates. You may check one or both, or neither.
Not pre-checked: The checkbox is unchecked by default. You must actively check it to opt in.
Optional: SMS consent is not required. You can submit your request without checking the box.
Phone number collection: Your phone number and your SMS consent are collected on the same form.
Message Content & Frequency
Content: SMS text messages including vehicle quote confirmations, cash offer and counter-offer notifications, pickup scheduling reminders (transactional), and seasonal specials and service updates (promotional, requires separate opt-in)
Frequency: Approximately 1-2 transactional messages per quote request, plus up to 2-4 promotional messages per month if you opt in to promotional messages
Mixed use: Messages include both transactional (quote and pickup related) and promotional (seasonal specials, service updates) content
Use case: Mixed — transactional and promotional messages on customer-provided phone numbers
